Recent simulation results imply the lowering of the ground-state correlation energy per counterion at a charged planar wall, compared with that of the 2D and 3D one-component plasma systems. Our aim is to correctly evaluate the ground-state energy of strongly-coupled counterion systems by considering a quasi-2D bound state where bound counterions are confined to a layer of molecular thickness. We use a variational approach based on the Gibbs-Bogoliubov inequality for the lower-bound free energy so that the liquid-state theory can be incorporated into the formulations. The soft mean spherical approximation demonstrates that the lowered ground-state energy can be reproduced by the obtained analytical form of a quasi-2D bound state.  相似文献

研究了背电极金属Al膜上二维ZnO:Al光栅的制备及其反射光谱特性.在厚度为300 nm的Al膜上溅射80 nm ZnO:Al薄膜,旋涂AZ5206光刻胶,用波长为325 nm的激光进行光刻制作光栅掩模.采用溶脱-剥离法在Al衬底上制备周期(624~1250 nm)和槽深(100~300 nm)可独立调控的ZnO:Al二维光栅.表面形貌采用原子力显微镜和扫描电镜观察,反射光谱用带积分球的分光光度计测试,双向反射分布函数用散射仪测量.结果表明,300 nm Al膜上织构二维ZnO:Al光栅背电极结构,当光栅槽深为228 nm,周期从624 nm增加到986 nm时,背电极总反射率、漫反射率以及雾度均随光栅周期增大而显著增加,而当周期从986 nm增加到1250 nm时,总反射率、漫反射率以及雾度略有增加.双向反射分布函数测试结果进一步证实了上述实验结果,即随着周期增大,漫反射峰值越大,衍射峰个数也增多.提示背反电极上槽深为228 nm、周期为986 nm的二维ZnO:Al光栅具有较好的散射效果,其中漫反射占总反射的百分比为45%.  相似文献

In this paper we consider the Lamé system on a polygonal convex domain with mixed boundary conditions of Dirichlet-Neumann type. An explicit L2 norm estimate for the gradient of the solution of this problem is established. This leads to an explicit bound of the H1 norm of this solution. Option pricing models are often used to describe the dynamic characteristics of prices in financial markets. Unlike the classical Black–Scholes (BS) model, the finite moment log stable (FMLS) model can explain large movements of prices during small time steps. In the FMLS, the second-order spatial derivative of the BS model is replaced by a fractional operator of order α which generates an α-stable Lévy process. In this paper, we consider the finite difference method to approximate the FMLS model. We present two numerical schemes for this approximation: the implicit numerical scheme and the Crank–Nicolson scheme. We carry out convergence and stability analyses for the proposed schemes. Since the fractional operator routinely generates dense matrices which often require high computational cost and storage memory, we explore three methods for solving the approximation schemes: the Gaussian elimination method, the bi-conjugate gradient stabilized method (Bi-CGSTAB) and the fast Bi-CGSTAB (FBi-CGSTAB) in order to compare the cost of calculations. Finally, two numerical examples with exact solutions are presented where we also use extrapolation techniques to achieve higher-order convergence. The results suggest that the proposed schemes are unconditionally stable and convergent, and the FMLS model is useful for pricing options.  相似文献

Motivated by the well-established phase derivative embedded technique, this study devotes to sharper uncertainty principles related to the Lp-norm type of uncertainty product, giving rise to two kinds of uncertainty inequalities that improve the classical result through providing tighter lower bounds. The conditions that truly reach these better estimates are obtained. Examples and simulations are carried out to verify the correctness of the derived results, and finally, possible applications in time-frequency analysis are also given.  相似文献

We study the initial–boundary value problem for a Laplace reaction–diffusion equation. After constructing local solutions by using the theory of abstract degenerate evolution equations of parabolic type, we show asymptotic convergence of bounded global solutions if they exist under the assumption that the reaction function is analytic in neighborhoods of their ω-limit sets. Reduction of degenerate evolution equation to multivalued evolution equation enables us to use the theory of the infinite-dimensional Łojasiewicz–Simon gradient inequality.  相似文献

For B2 NiAl and NiTi intermetallic compounds, the ideal stress–strain image is lack from the perspective of elastic constants. We use first-principles calculation to investigate the ideal strength and elastic behavior under the tensile and shear loads. The relation between the ideal strength and elastic constants is found. The uniaxial tension of NiAl and NiTi along <001> crystal direction leads to the change from tetragonal path to orthogonal path, which is driven by the vanishing of the shear constant C(66). The shear failure under {110}{111} shear deformation occurring in process of tension may result in a small ideal tensile strength(~ 2 GPa) for NiTi. The unlikeness in the ideal strength of Ni Al and Ni Ti alloys is discussed based on the charge density difference.  相似文献

For a set AQn=0,1n the t-neighbourhood of A is NtA=x:dx,At, where d denotes the usual graph distance on Qn. Harper’s vertex-isoperimetric theorem states that among the subsets AQn of given size, the size of the t-neighbourhood is minimised when A is taken to be an initial segment of the simplicial order. Aubrun and Szarek asked the following question: if AQn is a subset of given size for which the sizes of both NtA and NtAc are minimal for all t>0, does it follow that A is isomorphic to an initial segment of the simplicial order?Our aim is to give a counterexample. Surprisingly it turns out that there is no counterexample that is a Hamming ball, meaning a set that lies between two consecutive exact Hamming balls, i.e. a set A with Bx,rABx,r+1 for some xQn. We go further to classify all the sets AQn for which the sizes of both NtA and NtAc are minimal for all t>0 among the subsets of Qn of given size. We also prove that, perhaps surprisingly, if AQn for which the sizes of NA and NAc are minimal among the subsets of Qn of given size, then the sizes of both NtA and NtAc are also minimal for all t>0 among the subsets of Qn of given size. Hence the same classification also holds when we only require NA and NAc to have minimal size among the subsets AQn of given size.  相似文献
